Director Christopher Luscombe talks to Heather Neill about staging Shakespeare’s bourgeois comedy at the Globe – and discusses the play’s remarkable affinities with British sitcoms such as Fawlty Towers.

The play is often called a sitcom – but I think there’s nothing to be ashamed of in that comparison.
