Actor Jon-Koldo Vazquez of the Spanish physical-theatre company Markeline talks to Ziortza Fernandez about its UK-debut show, Carbon Club (National Theatre Square 2), a tale of Basque miners told using mime, music, dance and pyrotechnics. Recorded at the National Theatre.
Markeline started by making street theatre. The first show involved dressing as policemen and evacuating a beach, but we got arrested.
