Postshow discussion with Fleur Elise Noble hosted by Dick McCaw about her show, 2D Life of Her, performed as part of the 2012 London International Mime Festival, at the Barbican Pit. Recorded by Diana Damian at the Barbican Pit, 26 January 2012.
Most of this work came from being overwhelmed with my obsessive drawing. I went to an art school in New York where we would draw and paint for at least twelve hours a day for a whole year. I really cared for the creative process, which is so closed to people when they look at a painting in a gallery. It’s an amazing space, this obsessive compulsive drawing disorder.
