INTERVIEW: GILES CROFT. Giles Croft, artistic director of the Nottingham Playhouse, talks to TheatreVOICE about directing his show, The Kite Runner, currently at the Playhouse in the West End. We hear about the gestation of the show, the process, and why this story resonates.

Giles discusses the highs and lows of his eighteen year tenure at the Nottingham Playhouse, communicating his commitment to regional theatre and  diverse programming. He also touches on his transition from building-based to freelance directing.  This interview was recorded at the Playhouse Theatre on 20 June 2017.
