INTERVIEW: LAURENCE BOSWELL. The director, who runs the internationalist programme at the Theatre Royal’s Ustinov Studio in Bath, which currently riding high in London thanks to its transfers of Florian Zeller’s The Father and The Mother, talks to Heather Neill about this French prodigy and how he decided to plough his own artistic furrow. Recorded at the Paines Plough rehearsal rooms on the Aldywych 19-02-2016.

“We coined a phrase in rehearsal: ‘We’ve been Zellered’. That’s when you’re in scene A and you start to do scene B and then nobody knows where they are.”
